We bring you solutions that you did not know were within your reach.The benefits that you can include in your plan are:1) Repatriation due to Death to Mexico from the United States or Canada – For the plan holder, their spouse, children and/or parents.2) Funeral Service in Mexico – For the plan holder, his spouse, children and/or parents.3) Life Insurance in Mexico – For the plan holder, with protection for his family from $50,000 pesos to $250,000 pesos.
Subject to eligibility.4) Unlimited Calls Service from Mexico – Using a cell phone with an active Telcel, AT&T or Movistar line.Designing your plan is like this:- To enter the app, you need to verify your Mexican identity with your CURP.- Within the app, you know the different benefits that you can include in your plan.- Each benefit gives you the option to select the members of your direct family that you want to have it.- As you select people, the monthly cost of the plan is updated.- When you finish configuring your plan, it allows you to select the monthly or annual payment method.To complete the contract we request your following information:1) Full name, as it appears on an official Mexican ID.2) Date of birth.3) Gender.4) Email.5) Cell phone.We also ask you:- The same data for each member of your family included in the plan, as it appears on their official identification.- An address in Mexico.- The name of the beneficiaries of your life insurance, as it appears on their official identifications.To finish contracting your plan, you need the authorization of an MLC Link, which gives you digital access to be able to make your initial payment within the app.Once you make your initial payment, you will receive confirmation of your plan details by mail and within 24 hours in your customer account you will have the legal documents that support everything you chose for you and your family, issued directly by each provider .The payment method of the plan is monthly or annual with automatic charge to a credit or debit card.In the monthly payment method, the initial payment is made on the day of contracting and subsequent payments are aligned on the 1st or 15th of each month depending on the day of contracting: your payment date will be the 1st if you contracted your plan between the 1st and the 14th or the 15th if you contracted between the 15th and the last day of the month.As of the second month, we will make a collection attempt starting on the payment date (day 1 or 15).
If the charge is not approved, we will try every third day two more times and make a final attempt on the 14th or 28th.
If 14 days go by without payment, the plan and all benefits will be cancelled.
